WASHINGTON – In the bustling city of Washington, a significant event took place that caught the attention of many. On Friday night, a man in Northwest D.C. was reportedly robbed by two preteen boys. The incident is currently under investigation by the local police.
Around 7 p.m. on January 26, the man was walking in the 900 block of Spring Road NW when he encountered two teenagers on a lime green bike, as reported by the police. The man promptly handed over the satchel, an iPhone 13, his wallet, cash, and AirPods to the D.C. police as requested. Subsequently, the suspects instructed him to flee.
Authorities are currently on the lookout for individuals who fit the given descriptions.
The first suspect is described as having a slender physique and is estimated to be around 10 to 11 years old. He is possibly between 4-foot-8 and 4-foot-10 in height. The suspect is bald and dressed entirely in dark clothing.
The second suspect has a more robust physique and is estimated to be between the ages of 11 and 13. They have short, bushy hair and were seen wearing a dark jacket and blue jeans.
