Mocobizscene- Police are currently investigating a tragic incident that occurred on Indy’s south side early Saturday morning. A pedestrian was struck and fatally injured by a car in this unfortunate incident.
The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department received a call around 6:40 a.m. reporting that a person had been struck at the intersection of West Southport Road and Bluff Road.
The driver of the vehicle involved stayed at the scene, according to the police.
