Overnight violence in NYC results in one person shot and another stabbed

According to police, there were two incidents of violence in New York City overnight, which left one man shot and another man stabbed.

According to the NYPD, the 39-year-old victim was transported to St. Luke’s Hospital and is currently in stable condition. The assailants fled the scene. No arrests have been made as of yet.

According to its website, the Silvana bar is known for hosting live music and typically stays open until 4 a.m. The bar is situated on the southwest corner of Frederick Douglass Blvd and 8th Avenue. On Saturday morning, the restaurant opened its doors for business.

According to an employee, his knowledge was limited to the fact that “someone was hurt.” According to police, a man aged 34 was shot in the left hand and left leg on Bascom Avenue near Rockaway Boulevard in Queens at around 11 p.m. on Friday. According to authorities, the victim was transported to Jamaica Hospital and is currently in stable condition.
