According to the Prattville Police Department, this is the vehicle believed to be driven by the suspect as it was leaving the scene. Prattville police are currently investigating a hit and run incident that occurred, involving a pedestrian.
The incident occurred at approximately 1:00 a.m. on Friday in the 1600 block of East Main Street, according to police.
According to Chief Mark Thompson, the victim was hit by a white pickup truck while crossing East Main Street at the crosswalk, as reported by Action 8 News. The truck driver escaped from the scene, and the last known direction of travel was towards the west on Main Street.
