Man throws coffee, chair at Rockville restaurant worker

Mocobizscene- According to Rockville City police, a guy allegedly responded violently when requested to move aside by a cleaning staff member at a restaurant. In response to the request, the suspect threw a chair and a cup of coffee at the worker, according to the police.

On January 23, 2024, at 1:14 AM, police were called to the restaurant located in the 1300 block of Rockville Pike. On the block is a McDonald’s open around the clock.

The police described the suspect as a 5’7″ Black male with a medium frame, a goatee, and a fair complexion. The brown sweater that the suspect was last seen in was worn. Please contact the police at 240-314-8900 if you can identify the suspect or if you were present when the incident occurred.
