Washington- An investigation is currently being conducted in Southeast, D.C., following the fatal shooting of a 51-year-old male on Saturday.
On February 4, officers of the Metropolitan Police Department were dispatched to the 1200 block of Southeast Southern Avenue in response to a gunfire report at 2:46 p.m. Officers discovered a male who had been shot at the location. His demise was officially confirmed at the location.
Upon further investigation, it was determined that the victim was David Coe, 51, of Southeast, DC.
At this time, the Metropolitan Police Department is willing to pay a reward of up to $25,000 to any informant whose assistance aids in the apprehension and convicted status of the perpetrator or perpetrators of any homicide within the District of Columbia.
