Mocobizscene– The Indiana Supreme Court has agreed to hear arguments regarding reinstating Richard Allen’s former counsel and removing the current judge in the Delphi murder case.
As outlined in a notice, the Supreme Court has scheduled arguments for January 18, 2024.
The court will hear arguments to reinstate Allen’s counsel and remove Judge Frances Gull from the case. Additionally, there will be a request for Allen’s trial to be scheduled within 70 days.
The hearing is scheduled to occur in Indianapolis.
