Mocobizscene- Manuel Venegas, a 42-year-old individual, has been identified as the victim in what appears to be a case of suicide, as confirmed by the Los Angeles Medical Examiner.
According to initial reports from the CHP, they found a car near the accident that is believed to be Venegas’ vehicle.
