Flooding and evacuations ensue due to heavy rainfall in California

Mocobizscene- In response to the rain that has flooded highways around Los Angeles County, Governor Gavin Newsom has issued a state of emergency in seven counties in Southern California. Those in the counties of Ventura and Los Angeles have been ordered to evacuate.
