Bronx Twin Toddlers Die in Possible Unlicensed Daycare

Mocobizscene- An NYPD source verified to The Messenger that two kids passed away on Monday while attending a possible unlicensed childcare facility in an apartment building in the Bronx, New York.

The twin sisters, ages five, were among the deceased. The source verified that the unauthorized enterprise is situated in the borough’s Mount Hope neighbourhood. The first 911 calls were received at 11:20 a.m.

The cause of the death is still a mystery. The two deceased children are linked, the source claimed. Four kids were exposed to fentanyl in September at the Bronx-based Divino Niño Daycare. Among them, one passed away.

Just days before Nicholas Dominici’s second birthday, he overdosed and died at the childcare centre. Underplay mats used for naps, police discovered at least a kilogram of fentanyl.

Federal charges are pending against Carlisto Acevedo Brito, 41, who rented a room in the residence, and Grei Mendez, 36, the day care operator, for their alleged involvement in the death of the kid and the hospitalization of the other children.
