Plea Of Not Guilty Entered By 5 Individuals Arrested In Relation To Monopoly Club Assault

Bakersfield, California: All five suspects who were arrested last week in connection with an alleged assault at an Oak Street club entered not guilty pleas in court on Tuesday.

On November 11, the Bakersfield Police Department reports that a man was allegedly assaulted by multiple suspects at the Monopoly Club located on Oak Street.

The suspects were identified by officers as follows: Jimmy Ramirez, 28, Fidel Gandara, 29, Anthony Martinez, 24-year-old Christian Romero, Jose Aguirre, 30, and Christian Romero, 24; all of these individuals reside in Bakersfield.

Five individuals were arrested in connection with an alleged assault at a club on Oak Street, according to BPD Police. All five were apprehended last Wednesday subsequent to the service of search warrants. During the arrests, officers reportedly discovered several stolen firearms, fentanyl, and hashish.

Tuesday, all five suspects pled not guilty to the charges. Each suspect was released on bail in the amount of $1,000,000.
