Breaking News: A man was shot and killed on Friday night in Montgomery

MONTGOMERY, Ala. – Authorities in Montgomery are currently investigating a tragic shooting incident that resulted in loss of life. According to reports, the details of the incident are still being looked into.

According to a spokesperson for the Montgomery Police Department, law enforcement officials were dispatched to the 4200 block of Sussex Drive in response to a report of gunshots just before 8 p.m. on Friday. Sadly, the victim, an adult male, was pronounced dead at the scene.

According to Maj. Saba Coleman, the incident is being treated as a homicide. Unfortunately, no further details have been disclosed at this time.
