During recent health inspections at Montgomery’s restaurants, it was found that different establishments had different levels of cleanliness. Some of the top-performing restaurants that stood out and received impressive health inspection scores in the high 90s included a famous barbecue joint and a few popular quick stops.
Meanwhile, some businesses faced challenges in complying with health regulations and received scores in the 80s. The reasons for these lower ratings were serious violations such as mold contamination and inadequate temperature control of food. For instance, a popular fast-food chain received a lower score due to the discovery of mold in one of its beverage dispensers, despite having a satisfactory rating in other areas.
