In North Alabama, severe weather causes extensive damage

The storm caused power lines to fall, roofs to be damaged, and trees to be uprooted.

The worst of the damage was in Northwestern Alabama, and the locals there are facing the daunting task of cleaning up and rebuilding their properties.

The storm also disrupted traffic, with the traffic lights in Decatur not working, and many people are still without power. The storm also resulted in some personal incidents.
