JEFFERSON COUNTY, Ala. – A person was killed after being shot in East Jefferson County on Wednesday.
Deputies from Jefferson County responded to shots fired incident in the 400 block of 5th Street in the Robinwood neighbourhood shortly before 4 p.m.
Officers arrived to find an adult male suffering from a gunshot wound. He was declared dead at the site.
