A man riding a horse to get into Platinum of Birmingham? It’s not what it appears to be

LaDarrius Means was not found sitting on his Tennessee Walking Horse outside a Birmingham nightclub on Tuesday night.

However, he admits that it did seem like that and found it amusing when it started circulating on various social media platforms.

The owner of Let’s Ride, a horse farm that offers a variety of services such as birthday parties, carriage rides, photo shoots, parades, and other fun events, can often be seen riding his horses in downtown Birmingham.

As he was busy doing his thing on Tuesday night, a lady in the queue at the Platinum of Birmingham nightclub on Second Avenue caught his attention and signalled him to come over and collect her business card.

As Means was riding his loyal horse, Chief, someone captured the moment in a photograph.

Joseph Smitherman Sr. shared with AL.com that the sight of a horse standing in line made him burst out laughing.

With the caption, “I’m finna go back home, man y’all got it,” Smitherman took to Facebook to share the post.

As of now, the picture has been circulated across various social media platforms over 500 times.

One woman expressed her disbelief as she wrote, “Please tell me that I’m seeing things and that this is not a man on a horse in the line outside of Platinum.”

One individual expressed their confusion by saying, “What in the red dead redemption is going on here?”

One individual expressed their disbelief regarding the Yellowstone situation with this humorous comment, “I can’t believe this Yellowstone mess here, lol.”

According to Means, he prefers spending his time with his 29 horses off Minor Parkway instead of partying in nightclubs. Nevertheless, he found it amusing to see people’s reactions to the incident.

According to him, he found the situation to be quite amusing, but at the same time, he also believed that it was quite bizarre.
