BATAVIA, N.Y. – A man who was causing trouble at a nearby hotel was taken into custody by Genesee County Sheriff’s deputies.
Law enforcement officials arrived at the Best Western Inn and Suites on Park Road in Batavia on Monday evening about 6:15 p.m. Mark Frongetta, 53, is accused of irritating the public by chanting obscenities in the hotel lobby. He also allegedly hurled the hotel’s phone.
Frongetta was arrested on suspicion of disorderly behaviour following the alleged incident. He is set to appear in court on Tuesday.
