Anniston police lookout for a 48-year-old woman who has gone missing

The Anniston Police Department is appealing to the public for help in locating a woman who went missing on Wednesday. Vronica Craig, 48, was last seen in Anniston around midnight. She is five feet two inches tall, weighs 150 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes, according to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency.

The APD’s Facebook post states that Craig suffers from mental illness, and may be on foot asking for rides to an unknown location in Gadsden. She was last seen leaving the Northeast Alabama Regional Medical Center and may be living with a condition that impairs her judgement.

If anyone has information regarding Craig’s whereabouts, they are asked to contact the APD at 256-238-1800.
