Woman charged in Garden Grove crash that killed 2 men

A crash in Garden Grove this week resulted in the death of two individuals, for which a 37-year-old woman has been charged with two counts of murder in Santa Ana.

On Monday at around 4:35 p.m., Britney Marie Perez was charged with two counts of second-degree murder due to her involvement in a fatal crash that claimed the lives of two men in their 40s. The accident occurred on Magnolia Avenue, located south of the Garden Grove (22) Freeway.

According to the authorities, four vehicles were involved in the accident. The two individuals who were unfortunately killed in the incident were in a small compact car traveling on northbound Magnolia. However, the police have not yet revealed the identities of the victims.

According to the police, the two victims were declared dead by Orange County Fire Authority paramedics at the scene.

According to the police, Perez was driving a vehicle on the eastbound lanes of the freeway at Magnolia Street when she failed to complete a turn at an intersection and collided with three other cars.
