U.S. marshals apprehend two individuals accused of violent crimes from Northeast Ohio near Washington, D.C.

Mocobizscene- According to the U.S. Marshals Service, two men who were accused of committing violent crimes in Northeast Ohio were arrested on Tuesday near Washington, D.C.

Daniel Glenn, a 33-year-old resident of Elyria, was being sought by Cuyahoga County sheriff’s deputies for his involvement in a drive-by shooting in July 2021. The charges against Glenn included attempted murder and felonious assault. However, after posting a $50,000 bond on February 10, 2023, he was released from custody. Unfortunately, Glenn’s failure to appear in court on September 18 resulted in the forfeiture of his bond.

Glenn was believed to have been hiding in the vicinity of Washington based on the information collected by investigators. The marshals’ Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force apprehended Glenn at a residence in Montclair, Virginia, which is approximately 30 miles south of Washington.

Authorities discovered Gregory Stallworth, 32, of Warren during Glenn’s arrest. Stallworth had been wanted by Warren police and U.S. marshals since January 2021 for a murder charge. He is suspected of fatally shooting Queysean Sallin in Warren.

During the arrest, the task force confiscated a total of 11 firearms from the residence.

Pete Elliott, the U.S. marshal in northern Ohio, declared that the time has come for these two fugitives to face the justice system, despite their belief that they could hide forever. Glenn and Stallworth will face charges in Ohio and will be extradited there.
