Two people wounded in shooting in South Los Angeles

Mocobizscene- Two individuals were injured in a shooting incident in the vicinity of South Los Angeles on Wednesday. Both victims were immediately rushed to the hospital and are currently in stable condition.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department reported that shots were fired at the intersection of 89th Street and Vermont Avenue around 1:20 p.m. Deputies quickly responded to the scene. In the aftermath, two victims chose to transport themselves to a nearby hospital for medical attention.

It was not clear what specific injuries they had sustained. According to the sheriff’s officials, the shooting incident was followed by the escape of two men in a gray Toyota Camry.
