Two New Orleans Women Stabbed Overnight

Mocobizscene- In New Orleans, two women were stabbed separately during the course of the night.

According to the New Orleans Police Department, the first incident occurred on Tuesday night at approximately 8 p.m. in the Central City neighborhood on the 200 block of South Claiborne Avenue.

Investigators found that Danielle Jones, 39, reportedly stabbed another woman after an argument. At the site, she was taken into custody.The second incident occurred on Wednesday at approximately 5:07 a.m. in the 6000 block of Bullard Avenue in the East, according to the NOPD.

According to officers, one of the two women stabbed the other as they were arguing inside a car. The suspect fled the scene after EMS transported the victim to a hospital.

No other information was disclosed.
