Teenager facing charges for series of vehicle thefts and business burglaries in Slidell

Mocobizscene- In January, law enforcement in Slidell, Louisiana, made an arrest in connection with a series of burglaries and thefts targeting local businesses and vehicles. Authorities apprehended a teenager believed to be responsible for these crimes.

A 15-year-old has confessed to committing three business burglaries, seven vehicle thefts, two attempted vehicle thefts, and one vehicle burglary, according to the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office.

During the investigations, STPSO officials have successfully recovered several items, including a dirt bike, a golf cart, and three cars.

According to authorities, the teenager was responsible for inflicting significant damage to the businesses, resulting in thousands of dollars in losses.

The STPSO stated that the teenager has been linked to similar crimes in other parishes and Mississippi.
