The Southeast district of Washington is currently under investigation by the Metropolitan Police Department for an armed robbery incident.
Police reports indicate that on Tuesday, Nov. 21 at approximately 3:00 p.m., a victim was walking in the 300 block of Anacostia Road when he was approached by suspects who then demanded his dog. The suspects proceeded to rob the victim of his dog and shoes while brandishing a handgun. The stolen dog is described as a brown and tan Doberman puppy.
