Rare Leap Day births celebrated in Southern California

Mocobizscene-  Introducing Southern California’s newest “leaplings” – babies born on the rare and special date of February 29th.

Leap Day babies were joyfully greeted in Long Beach, Baldwin Park, and Anaheim. Less than 0.1% of the world’s population is born on February 29th, a date that occurs only once every four years.
