Mocobizscene- Surveillance footage of a group of four suspects wanted in a gunpoint robbery that took place inside an East Village deli on Wednesday has been released by the police.
Around 8 a.m., a group approached a 57-year-old store employee inside a deli situated at 403 East 8th St., according to officials. During the incident, one of the suspects brandished a firearm, while the remaining individuals swiftly seized the tobacco products. They quickly made their escape on foot, heading eastbound towards 108 Avenue D.
The victim chose not to receive medical assistance at the scene.
