Newark Police Seek Driver Who Hit Pedestrian and Fled the Scene

According to Newark Public Safety Director Fritz G. Fragé, a maroon 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan hit an individual who was crossing the street with their family members at the intersection of Muhammad Ali Avenue and Livingston Street at 8:10 a.m. The incident prompted a response from the police.

According to Fragé, the car with the registration number Z59LLR from New Jersey hit the victim and then drove off towards Irvine Turner Boulevard.
