A Halloween night shooting has led to murder charges against a 24-year-old man from Montgomery, according to police.
In an email statement, Maj. Saba Coleman confirmed that Terrance Moore was taken into custody on Wednesday and is currently being held without bond at the Montgomery County jail.
Authorities have taken Moore into custody for his alleged involvement in the fatal shooting of Jeralyric Goldsmith.
On Halloween night, Goldsmith passed away in a hospital after being shot in the 4200 block of Knoll Gate Road. When Montgomery police and fire medics arrived at the scene at approximately 6:40 p.m., they found Goldsmith, aged 25, with life-threatening injuries, according to Coleman’s email.
At the moment, the authorities are not disclosing any further details regarding this matter.
