Mocobizscene- Sean Maxwell, 53, was detained in Fairfax County, Virginia, on suspicion of indecent exposure. A video surveillance captured him while jogging along the Pohick Stream Valley Trail exposing himself to a person.
Saturday afternoon witnessed the occurrence, which the victim documented. Police apprehended Maxwell as he descended the trail subsequent to their examination of the video evidence. Since authorities suspect Maxwell of similar crimes committed along the trail, they are pursuing further information from potential victims.
