Mocobizscene-Surveillance footage of a horrifying shooting in New York City that claimed the life of a 28-year-old mother and left the guy she was dating seriously injured was obtained.
A car was double-parked outside the nightclub Xscape on the corner of 127th Street and Liberty Avenue in Queens on Tuesday shortly before midnight. Two guys approached the car, while a third man paced the sidewalk.
On camera, the three can be seen firing into the car at least 16 times before abruptly drawing their weapons.The gunmen fled as the 39-year-old driver quickly left the area.
After traveling a few miles, the black Honda arrived at the 103rd Precinct station. The driver informed officers that both he and his female passenger had been shot.To treat multiple gunshot wounds to his body, emergency medical personnel hurried the driver to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center. His status was stated as stable.
According to the police, the investigation is ongoing and no one has been arrested. The driver was the intended target, not Burgos. It was unclear what the motivation was. The NYPD informed the Messenger that Brooklyn resident Clarisa Burgos, 28, was shot once in the head and passed away there.
