Mocobizscene- A man from Michigan City is facing charges of child molestation following his recent arrest in LaPorte County, Indiana. During the court hearing on Tuesday, Pasco entered a plea of not guilty to the two charges. As a condition of his $10,000 bond, he was granted a 10 percent cash option and required to undergo GPS monitoring.
The court date for Pasco is scheduled for March 21. The jury trial for him is set to take place on June 24th.
