Louisiana Lady Caught Racing With Four Unrestrained Children In Car, Putting Police On Pursuit

Mocobizscene According to officials, a Louisiana deputy fired multiple shots at a vehicle on Sunday night while pursuing a woman who was speeding with four unrestrained children in the car. The incident that occurred in Metairie, Louisiana, shortly after 9:30 p.m. on Sunday is currently being investigated by the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office, according to a news release from the agency.

The pursuit started when a deputy conducting traffic tried to pull over a speeding driver on Hauma Boulevard. However, the driver refused to stop, which led to a chase. During the pursuit, the driver intentionally collided her car with several sheriff’s vehicles. The parents of the carjackers responsible for the tragic death of a 73-year-old woman in New Orleans are being sued by the widower.

The Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office in Metairie, Louisiana is currently investigating an incident where a deputy discharged their firearm at a driver who was attempting to flee. Shockingly, it was later discovered that there were four children in the car, all of whom were not properly restrained. This alarming incident highlights the need for increased vigilance and safety measures to protect innocent lives.

As the chase unfolded, a deputy fired his gun multiple times, but fortunately, no one inside the woman’s vehicle was hit by the gunfire. Deputies successfully cornered the woman at the intersection of Cleary Avenue and Veterans Boulevard after she careened her vehicle into a curb.

She was taken into custody and brought to the Jefferson Parish Correctional Center to complete the booking process. Currently, she is being charged with several offenses, which include aggravated flight, aggravated criminal damage, child endangerment, and operating a vehicle under the influence.
