Los Angeles Police Request Public Help Finding Fatal Animal Abuse Suspect

Mocobizscene-  David Sumlin, the suspect, is reportedly a transient frequently seen in the vicinity of 7th Street and Stanford Avenue in Downtown Los Angeles. He has been characterized as having black hair and brown eyes, standing at an imposing height of six feet seven inches and weighing approximately 200 pounds.

The authorities caution that the firearm used in the crime is still at large and urge the public to refrain from approaching Sumlin. Instead, if anyone spots him, it is advised to immediately contact 911.

If you have any information about Sumlin’s whereabouts or the case, the LAPD is urging residents to contact Officer J. Roman at the Operations-Central Bureau Family Justice Center. Alternatively, you can report anonymously through the LA Regional Crime Stoppers hotline or other provided channels. Your assistance could be crucial in resolving this matter.
