Mocobizscene- Authorities were called to a residential neighborhood in Miami on Thursday in response to reports of a shooting.
The incident took place at the intersection of Northwest 59th Street and First Avenue. Terrell Forney from Local 10 News interviewed neighbors who preferred to remain anonymous. Late into Thursday night, dozens of detectives remained active at the scene, diligently investigating for clues and gathering statements from witnesses.
The investigation caused a shutdown of a portion of the area for several hours, with the main focus being on a home located behind an apartment building.
The authorities have confirmed that the victim of the shooting has survived, although the details surrounding the violent incident are still unclear.
