The Friendship Mission, which is Montgomery’s only homeless shelter, is saved from closing for the winter thanks to the wonderful donations of the community. However, if support is not maintained beyond the winter, the future will continue to be uncertain. The homeless shelter, which is open around the clock, requires consistent funding in order to keep providing its services and to keep its doors unlocked.
