Former Entergy New Orleans CEO Daniel Packer Has Passed Away

Mocobizscene- Former Entergy New Orleans CEO and President Daniel Packer has passed away. Packer’s family has announced that he passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 31. He was surrounded by his loving wife, children, and grandchildren during his final moments.

According to a spokesperson from Entergy New Orleans, Packer has been with the company since 1982, serving as its president in 1996 and CEO in 1998.

Packer, the spokesperson mentioned, spearheaded Entergy New Orleans during the devastating Hurricane Katrina.

According to a spokesperson, as we say goodbye, Dan’s lasting legacy continues to be deeply ingrained in the company. The lasting impact he made on his colleagues, the community, and the corporate world serves as a testament to a life well-lived. Our heartfelt condolences go out to his family and loved ones. He will be greatly missed by his Entergy family.

The funeral arrangements are currently pending.
