Late last week, Des Moines police made a significant bust, resulting in the arrest of eight individuals. The police were successful in recovering both guns and drugs during the operation.
According to DMPD, reports were made about drug activity in a local park, prompting officers to respond. After taking action, eight individuals were apprehended, and the authorities were able to confiscate three illegally possessed firearms, as well as illegal substances such as marijuana, fentanyl, and ecstasy. At this time, the identities of the suspects have not been disclosed.
