Mocobizscene- The suspect who allegedly attempted to kidnap a young child at a pharmacy in Miami Beach appeared in court on Sunday. 26-year-old Nicholas Metternich Sternamen appeared in bond court.
The state requested that Sternamen be detained in jail without bond until the trial during the hearing. The judge approved the request while also instructing Sternaman to maintain a distance from the victim and his father. Sternaman is currently dealing with charges of kidnapping, aggravated child abuse, and battery.
