Christmas Shooting Claims One Life In New Jersey City

Mocobizscene- According to investigators, a 34-year-old man was shot and killed on Christmas Day in Newark.

According to the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office, Ridge Scott Jr. of Newark was suffering from multiple gunshot wounds when police officers arrived to the 300 block of Clinton Avenue at 1:30 p.m. in response to a report of a shooting.

After being brought to University Hospital, Scott was declared deceased.
