Mocobizscene-At approximately 8:20 p.m., authorities were called to the 3400 block of 13th Place in response to reports of gunshots. The boy, who was conscious and breathing, was immediately taken to the hospital for medical attention.
During a press conference, the MPD expressed their belief that the young boy was not the intended target. According to police, it is suspected that he was caught in the crossfire between two individuals engaged in a shootout.
