Mocobizscene– Authorities are currently conducting an investigation into a crash that occurred in Carson on Monday morning following a pursuit. A car chase came to a dramatic end on Monday in Carson, California when the suspect’s vehicle crashed on the 91 Freeway.
Authorities report that deputies from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department were in pursuit of a pickup truck. Once the truck entered the freeway, it began driving recklessly. According to officials, the driver was thrown out of the vehicle as the pickup truck flipped over on the off-ramp.
In the video, deputies can be seen providing immediate medical assistance to the driver, and emergency responders quickly called for an ambulance to arrive at the scene.
The current condition of the driver is currently unknown. The investigation led to the closure of the on-ramp, but it has now been reopened. There is currently no additional information available at this time.
