According to Montgomery police, two juveniles have been accused with capital murder. Two males, ages 16 and 17, from Montgomery, are reportedly charged by the police.
They are thought to be involved in the shooting death of a 16-year-old Montgomery resident on September 20.
According to authorities, the man was shot in the 3200 block of Cloud Street, which is situated between Lower Wetumpka Road and Fairground Road, shortly before midnight that same evening, as Action 8 News has reported.
The adolescents are being held without bond, according to the police.
