An accused Wisconsin man stole over $90K in calculators from Target locations nationwide

According to the arrest records, Frank Covington, a 33-year-old resident of Wisconsin, was apprehended and faced multiple felony charges over the weekend. The police found more than 20 graphing calculators, which were allegedly stolen from a Target store in Indiana, in the back of his car.

Officers from the Fishers Police Department responded to a theft in progress at a Target store just before 10 a.m. on Sunday. Police quickly apprehended Covington when they pulled over a car that matched the description of the suspect and was being driven by him.
