Tuesday marked the arrest of a man from Adams County on suspicion of sexually exploiting a child.
The Adams County Jail received an indictment for an outstanding Adams County Arrest Warrant for Grooming and Sexual Exploitation of a Child against Giorgio A. Raad, age 18.
The aforementioned accusations are the result of an inquiry that commenced in September 2023.
The Adams County Sheriff’s Office received investigative and arrestal support for Raad from the University of Illinois Police Department and the Child Advocacy Center in Quincy.
