Woman injured in late-night shooting in Montgomery

In Montgomery, a woman is recovering after being shot.

Police said they were summoned to the 5100 block of Slash Pine Drive, off Troy Highway, at 11 p.m. Monday. That’s where they discovered the woman, who had a non-life-threatening gunshot wound. She is receiving medical attention in a hospital.

There is no more information available, according to police.
