Pedestrian in Montgomery dies in car accident

Mocobizscene- A 27-year-old pedestrian was fatally struck by a car on Friday evening near the intersection of Interstate 85 Northbound and Perry Hill Road, according to police.

Jonathan Curry, a resident of Montgomery, tragically lost his life when a 2016 Honda CR-V struck him. After the incident, he was immediately taken to a hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries. The authorities swiftly responded to the scene at 8:51 p.m., with both the police and fire medics offering their assistance. This unfortunate incident serves as a stark reminder of the importance of road safety and the need for drivers to exercise caution at all times.

The crash is currently under investigation by officers, who have not yet released any additional information.
