Mocobizscene-According to a police report obtained by FOX 13, officials were called to a residence in North Miami Beach on Sunday where they found the victim in an “extremely fragile” condition.
According to the man, his 71-year-old wife, Bertha Yalter, tried to smother him with a pillow after he received a postcard from a woman he had dated sixty years ago.
According to the report, Yalter reportedly confessed to attacking her husband. Local 10 reported that the police managed to acquire video footage of the incident.The suspect is currently being held without bond on multiple charges, one of which is attempted murder.
