Mocobizscene- A man from Montgomery has been reported missing, prompting a statewide alert.
Charles Allen Armstrong, a 73-year-old man, was last spotted on Sunday at approximately 6 p.m. near Whiting Avenue. During the time of his disappearance, he was dressed in a green shirt and blue jeans.
According to the description, he is a tall Black man, standing at about 6 feet 5 inches, and weighing around 182 pounds. Authorities believe that he may be living with a condition that could potentially impair his judgement.
