On Friday, Alabama State Troopers responded to two single vehicle wrecks

On Friday, Alabama State Troopers responded to two separate one-vehicle incidents involving injuries, one in DeKalb County and the other in Etowah County.

That DeKalb County collision happened around 4:30 a.m. on US Highway 11 at the 246-mile marker, during which the driver, a female from Sylvania, lost control of her 2023 Hyundai before it crashed.

Around 7:20 a.m. that morning in Etowah County, the male driver of a 1998 Ford lost control of the car and collided on I-59.

Following those events, both drivers were brought to a nearby hospital for treatment.

There has been no further information revealed about each driver’s condition.
