A lady in Alabama was sentenced for hanging racially charged handcrafted dolls on her neighbor’s fence

Alabama: A woman from Alabama recently chose to accept responsibility for her actions and entered into a plea deal. According to Alabama’s Department of Justice (DOJ), 64-year-old Cheryl Lynn Pytleski violated her neighbor’s civil rights and was sentenced on September 6, 2023.

According to her plea agreement and other court records, on October 18, 2019, Pytleski (Chancellor) hung racially offensive homemade dolls on the fence of her next-door neighbors, an African American family, in an attempt make the family move away.
